AUBREY HUMPHREY - CEO
Aubrey Humphrey is an accomplished construction and project management professional with more than a decade of experience delivering high-quality results across commercial and industrial projects. Recognized for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to efficient, standards-driven execution, he has earned a reputation for effectively guiding teams, coordinating complex scopes of work, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Aubrey takes his profession seriously and approaches his work with a deep sense of responsibility. He believes that taking care of his employees and customers is essential to building a successful and sustainable business, and that doing so directly supports his primary priority: providing for and protecting his family. This perspective drives his decision-making, reinforces his commitment to quality and accountability, and shapes the way he leads both in the field and in the office. By fostering trust, fairness, and clear communication, Aubrey creates an environment where teams can perform at a high level and clients can feel confident in the work being delivered.
In parallel with his construction career, Aubrey has served for 13 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he continues to develop the discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that strengthen his performance in demanding environments. The combination of military service and construction leadership provides him with a well-rounded, steady approach to leadership, risk management, and project execution.
Aubrey and his wife, Jenna, share a strong Christian faith that serves as the foundation of their personal lives and guides his business practices and operations. Integrity, humility, stewardship, and service to others are principles that influence how Aubrey leads, how he treats people, and how he conducts business each day.
Outside of work, Aubrey and Jenna enjoy spending time with friends and family throughout the Texas Hill Country and the Houston–Galveston area. They welcomed their son, Augustus, in February 2024 and their daughter, Ellenor, in November 2025. As a family, they often spend their free time at the beach on North Padre Island with their Chocolate Labrador, Gypsy.
JOE ROGER PEREZ - Field Operations Director
Roger Perez is a seasoned professional in commercial construction, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience to the industry. He began his career in the 1990s as a metal framer and steadily worked his way up, gaining deep knowledge across every phase of construction. Roger’s journey reflects a strong technical skill, and a commitment to doing things the efficient way.
Throughout his career, Roger’s wife, Claudette, has been a constant source of support, standing beside him through the demands of the industry - including time spent traveling for ground-up projects as far as South Dakota. Today, they enjoy spending time together traveling to their deer lease, camping along the beach, exploring the country in their RV, while Roger also enjoys cruising on his Harley-Davidson and hitting the boxing gym with his two sons.
