AUBREY HUMPHREY - CEO

Aubrey Humphrey is an accomplished construction and project management professional with more than a decade of experience delivering high-quality work across commercial and industrial projects. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to efficient, standards-driven execution, he has built a reputation for guiding teams, coordinating complex scopes, and ensuring projects are completed safely and successfully.

Alongside his construction career, Aubrey has served 13 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he continues to develop the discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities that strengthen his performance in demanding work environments. The combination of these two professional paths gives him a distinctive, well-rounded approach to leadership and project execution.

Outside of his professional life, Aubrey and his wife, Jenna, enjoy spending time with friends and family in the Texas Hill Country and the Houston/Galveston area. They welcomed their son, Augustus, in February 2024 and their daughter, Ellenor, in November 2025, and often spend their free time at the beach with their Chocolate Lab, Gypsy, on North Padre Island.

Renowned for his craftsmanship and leadership, Roger is a stalwart in the field, embodying the epitome of hard work and perseverance. His wealth of experience and commitment make him a trusted and respected figure in the dynamic world of commercial construction. Roger enjoys his down time cruising on his Harley Davidson and spending time in the boxing gym with his two sons.
